As an Executive Function coach, it is not uncommon to work with clients who have a dual diagnosis of both Autism and ADHD. In an effort to learn how to better understand and support those who are navigating AuDHD, I asked my good friend and fellow coach, Michael Ruffin to take a deep dive into his personal and professional experience.
Michael is an AuDHD Coach that focuses on developing sustainable systems of change to help people improve their quality of life. Being diagnosed both ADHD and Autistic himself, he uses both personal lived experience and education to help motivate and support his clients.
Michael not only works as a coach but also as an educator and advocate on social media - amassing over 100,000 followers between Tiktok, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
His mission is to remove the stigma of ADHD and Autism and provide a community through Discord to those in need of a place to be their authentic selves. You can find him across social media as ADHDruids and schedule a free 1 on 1 consultation at www.adhdruids.com.
